Competitive Salary
La Academia de Estrellas offers a starting salary of $61,000 for first-year teachers with annual increases based on years of experience. Additionally, La Academia de Estrellas offers stipends or bonuses for teaching hard-to-staff subjects, obtaining advanced degrees, performing supplemental duties, or for demonstrating growth in student outcomes. In addition, LAE offers an array of employer-paid and supplemental employee paid benefits, including medical/dental/vision, retirement through TRS, life insurance, supplemental medical plans, professional development opportunities and more.
